This form collects everything we need to start work on your accounts — your company details, access to your platforms, your brand files and the information we publish on your behalf.

Anything sensitive is locked on your own device before it is sent. Our server stores it scrambled and cannot read it. Only Ignitro's private key opens it.

Your company

The details that go on your agreement, invoices and receipts.

We publish in Arabic. We will never invent your Arabic name — if you leave this blank we will ask before anything goes out.

Who we talk to

One person who answers, and one person who approves. They can be the same person.

Your agreement asks for approvals within two working days. One named person keeps the month moving.

Approvals given by WhatsApp count as written approval under your agreement.

Account access

So we can publish, reply and report on your behalf.

Where we can, we ask for access — not a login. Facebook and Instagram are connected properly through Meta Business Suite, so you keep ownership and can remove us in one click. TikTok and Instagram sometimes will not allow that. Where a login is genuinely the only way, the box below locks it before it leaves your phone.
Added Ignitro as a full-control admin business.facebook.com → Settings → People → Invite info@getignitro.com → Full control. This covers your Facebook Page and your Instagram together.

Given partner access to the ad account You keep ownership and pay Meta and Google directly. Campaigns run only while the account is funded.
Locked on this device Everything you type below is scrambled here, in your browser, before it is sent. Our server receives unreadable text. If our database were ever stolen, these would still be unreadable — only Ignitro's private key can open them, and that key is not on any server.

If it is, a code is sent every time we sign in. Tell us whose phone receives it, or send us backup codes — otherwise we will be locked out on day one.

When our work together ends, change any password you gave us. Your agreement says we keep no access afterwards, and changing the password is what makes that true.

Your brand

So everything we publish carries your own mark, not our approximation of it.

Attach them here and they go straight into your private folder — nobody else can open it. Anything you cannot find now, tick it and send it on WhatsApp later.

Your business

This is what we publish about you. It has to be right, so please check it carefully.

Write them as your customers should read them. We will make these identical across Instagram, Google, Tripadvisor and any listing you appear on.

A business lunch, a happy hour, a weekend brunch — the days and the exact times.

A dish being retired, a price under review, a staff member who would rather not appear.

"Chef trained in Tehran", "family recipe", "first in Qatar". We will publish it only if you confirm it is true — so only write what you can stand behind.

Your website

Included in your agreement at no charge for the term.

Roughly QAR 60 – 120 a year. It is registered in your name and stays your property either way.

Two or three sentences. Leave it blank and we will write one for your approval.

Check and send

Everything you have entered. Your logins are shown sealed — this is exactly what our server will receive.

We have what we need to begin. If anything is missing we will message you directly. You will receive your Ignitro Hub login shortly, where you will see and approve everything we publish.
